Modeling and models' bodies are always glorified, especially in the press. But whether intentionally or not, I think this photograph does a good job of showing how awkward it can be. This woman is sitting precariously on top of two buff men, wearing nothing but a thong; and the thong looks uncomfortable or like it doesn't fit her properly. A noteable exception to the glossy photogenic glamour that is usually portrayed.
